Contractor Advantage made its debut back in 1998 as a newsletter style publication available to contractors exclusively at Castle Building Centre locations.
The magazine has since matured into four thriving publications with over 30,000 subscribers nationwide and an evolving demographic. We are proud of its growth and the array of National and Multi-National Castle supplier partners that continue to find value and a competitive advantage by advertising in our publications.
As we enter 2016 with a fresh, innovative publishing and editorial team at the helm, this first issue will reveal a revamped magazine sporting a sleek, contemporary look and feel including clean lines, updated graphics and easier to read layouts. We will continue to bring readers relevant content and feature articles with enriched editorial that will engage the evolving Contractor Advantage demographic.

In addition to these, each issue will also include “Leaders in the Limelight” profiling an up and coming or highly successful Castle member location and the “Supplier Spotlight” column highlighting a loyal supplier partner and advertiser whose product offering continues to bring value to our member locations.
You will also notice a difference in aesthetics. Castle takes our corporate responsibility seriously and to ensure that we are doing our part to help support the Canadian economy and care for the environment, our publications will now be printed on FSC paper.
